Polka - Non-Alcoholic Spritz

Botanical Spirit:

Imagine being able to enjoy a delicious G&T but not having to think about the impact of the booze beneath that fizzy botanical goodness. Many of us love a G&T or gin cocktail, but haven’t quite found an alcohol-free version that’s on-par with taste. To satisfy our love of gin, we’ve crafted a non-alc version that we’re confident will slot into that unique reservation held for G&Ts on a warm afternoon. Botanical infusions of juniper, pepper berry and pink grapefruit bring our non-alc spirit into a world of traditional flavours and aromas you’d only expect from a high proof gin.

Our blend of Australian botanical extracts includes pink grapefruit, juniper berry, finger lime, pepper berry, cardamom, fennel and cassia.

Italian Aperitif:

Who doesn’t love a spritz? Made to pair with our lilly pilly sparkling or have with soda and dried orange, our non-alc aperitif is a versatile non-alc tipple for the discerning. Showing notes of blood orange, lemon myrtle, rhubarb and grapefruit. Serving suggestion: Pour 40ml into a large wine glass, add 100ml of POLKA de-alc lilly pilly sparkling and dried orange. Finish with ice. Alternatively, add 40ml to sparkling water or tonic and dried lemon.
